Today was a typical Monday, and my daughters first day at work and what a morning to afternoon that was! My poor dad. First she thought she had to be at work by 11:00am. Then I am on her because I thought she was going to be late, they left she comes back for her cell phone she forgot it and now has ten minutes to get there. Then about 11:05 she is calling me, ha she didn’t have to be there until 2 to start training. My dad was over at Sam’s Club raising heck because they just put tires on his car and didn’t put the hub caps on right and he lost them over the weekend (sorry but that cracked me up) and they gave him a $25 gift card to replace them. So they come home and I need to do my usual run to IGA, he up and left decided he wanted a burger and fries he be back, he was just up there when he picked up my daughter? So I ended up going later than usual and missing hubby’s call at lunch. Then at 4:30 she is calling me to see if anyone is home to come and get her. Now she knows I don’t have a car and my dad just happen to walk in the door at that time. Shouldn’t she of called him herself? Why do I have to ask? Oh and she bought the wrong shirts, I tried to tell her that, I said the men’s department for the style they want, oh no she wasn’t having that. So guess who has to take shirts back and guess who didn’t take her? She just expected me to jump and go. I don’t feel well today and I did not take her. She is off tomorrow so her “boyfriend” is taking her. Yep another typical Monday for me!
My son is so cute, he was playing his PS2 today and telling me he can’t wait until he gets his job after he graduates and first thing he is going to buy is a playstation 3. That kid and his gaming. I was like how about a car? Don’t you want to save to buy a car? So he says to me well my 18th birthday is coming up in May the says “hint hint hint”. I thought about getting one at Christmas time when I was thinking of getting hubby a blue-ray disc player but ended up not getting either. Hey I wish we would of had one we could be watching movies from Netflix on it! OH wait, I remember now I think the ability for instant movies is coming to the Wii soon, oh I can’t wait. With us having AT&T we can’t get the instant movie feed via their box.
Wow, can you get over my baby will be turning 18 in May? In English class they are reading Macbeth and he just cracks up when other students are reading out loud because some of them talk in different voices. I remember reading Macbeth and I don’t remember it being funny!

Yes, I’m excited about the Netflix streaming on the Wii too. I just got an email today saying I will receive the disk for it tomorrow. Woo hoo!
