Whisper’s visit to the Vet!!

My poor Whisper just doesn’t feel good, with the holidays just around the corner I told hubby I really think we need to make an appointment, so I called our Vet this morning and they said to bring him right in. Wow talk about getting motivated quickly with getting dressed and what not.

Whispers Asthma/Allergies are really acting up, thank gosh that’s all it is. I was so scared because hubby was like what if he is suffering and all that as he is 16 and I just wasn’t ready for any bad news right about now, I have had enough in the past month.

They are concerned as he has lost another pound and a half in weight, even with the respiratory issues, if he didn’t have any weight loss they be doing cart wheels for his health at his age. They gave him an injection of medications for his respiratory and a start of antibiotics and sent us home with some antibiotics. I have to take him back in six to eight weeks to check his weight and hope it either stays the same or goes up.

My poor little Whisper. I just was so worried because he has been spitting up a lot the past three days and not food either.
