Vista requires lots of memory

As many of you know I have my pink laptop my husband got me for my birthday last year (well it was a combo gift for other days too), and it came with Vista. From the beginning, I have had nothing but problems with it. So I was on with support a few weeks ago, you know an online chat discussing the issue, even willing to return to the factory to have it checked out it just lags, its slow and very frustrating. I have talked to others who have no problems. I was going to downgrade to XP but the technician suggested to me that perhaps I should add more computer memory as I can go up to 4GB with that particular model. So I been pricing that option compared to the expense of buying XP. Which would be less of a headache? I am not sure since I have never taken a laptop apart before!! Desktop Towers I am all up in their crawl, but the laptop for some reason I am more leary about messing with.

I don’t have any advice for you but we have known a lot of people that have had problems with Vista. A lot of them just went back to XP.
I got XP on my new computer. I hate computer problems.

Brian’s Acer is Vista also. I don’t like all the pop up boxes on Vista, but Im soon gonna need a new pc…and it looks like it will be a Vista, lol! Lemme know how it goes and if it helps!

Ever sice we got our 2 computers which are Acer and Compaq we’ve problems with club pogo its telling us server cannot be found or theres a firewall up when we disabled it as was told to.I cannot figure out what the heck is going on here its makes no sense at all.Can you please help me solve this prob.for i play club pogo all the time for I’m handicapped and I meant alot of nice ppl on the club pogo.But cant play if it keeps kicking me off please reply as soon as poasible.
