Tension is thick!

My hubby was telling me about one of his co-workers at work how when their daughter moved back home how it was very tense so she moved back out.  He told my hubby you could just feel the tension in the house and hubby said he didn’t understand that.  But you know what, today I thought about it, and I understand it.  Tension in this house with my daughter is thick.  When its a day she has her boyfriend her and running out and about its really tense has hell.  No other way to word it.  Come to think of it days like this weekend he works the weekend, so I am guessing we will be her “ride” home from work.  So our days have to be balanced around her schedule and that makes me tense too.  I’m sorry right now I can’t help being tense.  I know she has no place to go and with the economy the way it is, how is she ever going to be able to move out and on her own???  I guess SPRING is when she is getting her license.  You can bet you sweet you know what I will be dragging her up there myself to take her test and get her permit and she better start saving for a car!

I did her taxes for her, she can’t E-File this year because this is her first time filing, had to mail it in, next year she can E-File.  So that money is going into her savings or OUR lock box!  Her choice but she isn’t spending it on fast food, makeup, clothes or more thongs for mom to find and THROW away!!
