Sunny but cool today…..another interview Thursday!!

Wow what a long day. The sun was out, it looked so warm and beautiful out and whew it was COOL to COLD!! It was a BRR kind of day! The girls and I took a “short” walk as it was chilly. We live close to the lake so I am sure that had a lot to do with it. My phone has been ringing off the hook lately. I get those I seen your ad in the paper how much do you charge…. nothing like HI my name is…I am calling about your ad….I have x amount of children… etc….. I usually will go high on purpose because I get so annoyed. You can usually get a good feel for someone, pending on the length of a conversation. One gal called today we talked a while I answered her questions and we shared baby stories then when she realized I was clear across town, it would be out of her way so her search continues.

At dinner time tonight I got another call, and it was another mom, which was an hour conversation that lead to another interview this Thursday evening at 7ish! She has a 9mo and a two year old (boys). They sound so nice. They are very familiar with our area plus their grandma lives close by so.. I got a good feeling on this one.

I may consider taking both families, that would be three full time and the girls (two) part time, so could be 5 lil ones total. If I had to choose just one or the other it would probably be the family with two lil ones. I can only guess-timate but the gal coming tomorrow evening with being a divorce and dad coming on certain days to pick up, I went through this a few years ago and felt in the middle of a tug of war and frankly I don’t want to get into that situation again. So until I meet n greet, I won’t know for sure.

I am a bit nervous. It’s so much easier to talk on the phone…my tummy just been so upset. I had an anxiety attack a lil while ago. Nervous Nelly..

So I am gonna do a few more things and head to bed…..and hope tomorrow doesn’t play even harder on the ole nerves…
