Spring has sprung…Work to be done!

Mood : achy

Me think’s spring has sprung. And since the sun finally peeked on Friday, we have been just working none stop. I ache all over from all the work we did so far. Yesterday I was cleaning, running errands, and working outside again. Hubby tore up a mini flower box area he wants to just seed with grass and keep our soon to be L shape flower bed. Its gonna be about 9 feet across and then 11 feet down. I will take some pictures later on once flowers are planted and blooming to show how pretty it will look. BUT we didn’t even begin to get that started!! Never enough hours in a day sometimes it seems as of late. Now that I think about it when we were renting, the only yard stuff we did, well at the condo NONE it was done, at the house with the black mold, just hubby mowed grass and trimmed. Wasn’t our yard so we didn’t do much but keep it neat and clean. Was not ours to do, so when I think the past five years prior to this I had lots more computer time…cause we were renters and now that we own a house there seems to be always something to do! I have to say the screened door we put on sure is nice, I have a awesome breeze going in the house today. WE still need to clean windows I have two windows done. So two open! I want to tie the curtains back and put up some vertical blinds in just two windows in the living room so can have some privacy but still get some air circulating. I don’t like my curtains wide open and people can just see right into our house. I just don’t like that. I am a private person I guess who knows.

My finger nails, cause I didnt’ wear gloves..well trimmed right short now and they are so sore it hurts to type!! Dirt is bad for your hands!!! And I don’t remember when we were kids playing and making mud pies our nails and nailbeds hurting like that LOL

This afternoon sometime it suppose to rain a bit. Which is good since we seeded the lawn last night. OH I got the girls this cute lil plastic picnic table for the back yard, 18 dollars at Kmart. Mondays and Tuesdays I know if the sun is shining and its not raining I will be outside!!! With having them 22 hours in two days I know we will be busy outside playing!!! So this cute lil table they can sit outside to have lunch they will love it! Plus if I take one new toddlers as my ad ran this will just be a great thing even to sit out side and color and such….

So I hear my dryer buzzing, sigh more work for me to go do!! But I have to say my house looks clean, smells awesome and I feel I am being energized by the sun!!!
