That was just steak abuse!!

So today is my hubby’s 46th Birthday, I like to stress his age seeing he is 7.5 years older than me!! (Evil I know). So I thought since he had some over time we could go out to Longhorn’s for steak for his birthday dinner!! Needless to say I did not have steak! The first steak was black and crusty on one side, so I had them make me another I mean who can eat half burnt steak? NOT me! So of course the second one was beat red in the middle, by that time everyone else was done eating so I just asked to see the manager and had it taken off my check as I was not going to wait for them to cook a third steak!! However the side salad was good! Hubby felt bad but as long as his steak was good, that is all that mattered to me! But that was just steak abuse!!! If you knew me I am not a big meat eater. But I do love a good Ribeye every now and again and only from Longhorns!! It will be a while before I want to go back for sure (and it will be a while before we could afford it anyhow). AND get this. I forgot to use my coupon!! Those of you who know me well are definitely laughing at that one.

I have a special someone I am worried about tonight and didn’t make it back online to check on her via the instant messenger and I hope she is OK! After we left the restaurant I had a migraine so I laid down a little while, then we went to get my son’s bike for his birthday (on sale, you betcha so quick laughing lol)
