Drip Drip Drip

That is the most annoying sound in the middle of the night.  Sometimes I wish we never bought this house.  There are so many little things that need taken care of, and our roof has to come first!  We need new bathroom fixtures in the back bathroom off our bedroom.  No we are not talking just a new faucet, we are taking new everything, sink, counter, cabinet, the works.  The previous owner did a good job masking some issues let me tell you.   We have just a few months left with the home warranty, its a fifty dollar deductible fee each time we call them.  But they will only cover the faucet.  I am waiting to hear back to see if they will at least cover the pipes as well since it’s all rusted.  Then maybe we can manage the rest on our own!!
