Can we say OMG!! It took over 11 hours to get our new service up and running.. Not to mention our phone has been out since MONDAY. The tech who came out yesterday for the repair didn’t want repair the lines cause it meant replacing the lines and said when the guys came out today to do the new service installation they would replace the lines and when the guy showed up, NOPE just the new service and I was a bit TICKED. So I called AT&T customer repair service to raise cane, I wanted it fixed today period. I didn’t appreciate the other tech blowing smoke up my ass to pass the buck because he didn’t want to deal with the issue at hand. So needless to say by 3 this afternoon my phone was fixed. The other things took until 8:00 tonight. That poor tech…such a long day… And still some kinks to iron out……… go figure!
I am tired, hot and cranky so I am heading to bed!!!
Ive had serious problem with AT&T in the past when Brian was deployed and will never ever use them again, trying to get rid of them was a fun month long ordeal also. I think they are a terrible company! Glad you got it all up and running now!
