Just five houses away!

We just received a postcard in the mail letting us know that there was a sex offender in our neighborhood. He is just five houses away! I have a huge problem with this. That house is where foster children live and play, so can someone explain to me how this person is now listed as a sex offender and can still be a foster parent? Something is very wrong with this picture, very very wrong!!!

I have to stop looking through my spam folder and just start deleting them I swear to heaven. I mean seriously today’s was ANIMAL PORN….is it illegal in the UK? Are you serious? Can we say EWW? What kind of sicko’s need to watch animals get it on for crying out loud and more seriously do you really think I am going to approve those?? OMG OMG OMG!!

I always skim the spam because sometimes an honest to goodness comment ends up in there mixed in with the trash and would hate to delete some one’s comment and have them think something was wrong or I was rude or something.

Look at my Askimet count over there in my sidebar!! That’s alot of comments. Who in the world has the time to do this and more importantly WHY?

Sometimes you think you seen it all and then along comes Horse Porn…. (and why does Mr. Ed pop into my head).

The man is driving me nuts!

My husband is literally driving me nuts! Between the abnormal sense of smell, making him the appointment to see the E-N-T, then telling me two days before it to cancel, now complaining to me in a text while using the facilities at work, just driving me nuts. He said ever since he quit smoking he feels like his body is just falling apart. I just think his body needs a good colon cleanser to get rid of some toxins that is going on in there. Mr. I don’t want Text is turning into a text monster! Since he has quit smoking he seems to complain more. Before it was me? Sick? Never to non stop something new to complain about! I feel for him and realize its probably part of that healing process his body is going through and he just has to deal with it. Sometimes it makes me want to light one up and I don’t even smoke! Go figure!

We didn’t win the Dream House

Well I thought if I didn’t blog about entering to win the YMCA Dream House that we bought a ticket for to tour the house, maybe we stand a chance in winning. HA! It was such a cute country style house too, already decorated and furnished and there was not one think I would change about it. They even had a few popcorn machines, the one in the downstairs family room was the cutest! The rest of the basement area was even big enough to have a wedding reception in. I loved the master bedroom with its own bathroom and a huge walk in closet and it was just beautiful. The kitchen was so my dream kitchen you have no idea! I am a little bummed but we don’t have that kind of luck anyhow but it would of been nice because we would of had to move and it was more country like and I love to be in the country!!! Away from the city!!!

Where are these coming from?

I opened my desk drawer as I was in the trying to find an USB cord I needed for my camera so I could upload some pictures to the computer and I swear there is more pens in there, and I stop and think I didn’t buy them so I started looking, here they are promotional pens from fairs that my dad has been going too. I have to chuckle because the latest additions are from a Driving School back home and he gave one to my daughter and I wonder if he was “hinting” about getting her license??? He has that way to sneak it in there like that, but knowing him its all about the humor! I have some favorite styles I like and seems you can’t find them so I may end up just ordering my own, I really love the one I got from the Realtor when we bought our house, its my favorite!
