Shampooing carpets wasn’t my plan last night!

I am so flipping exhuasted, tried, sore, achy, just blah today. I went to target last night and found a steam cleaner that we could afford (70 dollars) so I could do our carpets. We don’t have a lot of rooms with carpet so this one is fine. It didn’t come with the attachments to clean furniture but figured it would do what I needed just the same. Of course I wasn’t planning on donig carpets last night BUT…

My son thought it would be funny to tease the cat with the screwdriver that is battery operated. My husband just poured a huge mug of Iced Tea. He uses those frezzer mugs (has the Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns ones). Well poor little twinkle totally flipped out and the TEA went everywhere I mean all over the loveseat, my floor, I mean every where you wouldn’t even think it would go. So I was up until 12:30 last night shampooing the carpets and washing towels and stuff. Since our carpets needed cleaned it wasn’t like I could just clean up the tea spots, which serious was all over my floor!!!

So I was so mad at him.. my hubby was so mad at him that he LOST his voice he was so angry. So while everyone was in bed sleeping I was steam cleaning!!! I was done about 11:15 but by the time I folded the load of towels (and hubby’s clothes that were drenched in TEA), and took a bath then cleaned up the kitchen mess everyone left, it was 12:30 before I got to bed.

I was up way to early today!! WAY TOO EARLY. I am dragging my butt today, well you would think anyway. I scrubbed my 12in chicken fryer bottom pan (stainless steel) that was yucky (no I don’t fry chicken in it just use when I cook because feeding 5 or more people I can fit all the burgers or pork chops, etc. in it). For some reason the bottom was really bad, I think from the kids not really scrubbing when it was being washed. I also made a chocolate cake, its cooling now. I have a roast out to cook today with carrots and potatoes and other than that I don’t feel like doing a flipping thing!!!

I am just worn out!!!
