Funny thought

So you all know my warped since of humor right? Vision it if you will my dad! My dad walks and toots at the same time. I don’t care where we are, how quiet the place and be, its toot city. Well my dad doesn’t shower anymore, rather he takes baths. The other morning I kept hearing these noises and finally got what it was, my dad tooting in the bathtub. Now with his rheumatoid arthritis, we had that he is getting in and out of that tub like that and have thought about getting one of those shower chairs. Now could you imagine if he was sitting in that and tooting? OK, not exactly the noise I want to wake up to in the morning OK!

Father’s Day is coming up!

Father’s Day is coming up this weekend. Wow where does the time go? I was thinking of what I could get my husband this year. I know he collects his lighters and last year I got him a set of three with John Wayne on them but wondering if this year I should consider getting him some air tools for in the garage, so when he is working on the car and stuff around the house, to make it easier for him? I know he has gone over to our neighbors house next door to borrow some of his and he really is not home a lot, so maybe that is an idea for this year. I guess it depends on what he wants, which my guess is a lighter or two for his collection!!

Who would of thought?

Today I went for a walk and there are lots of garage sales going on, you so got to love it. There is a huge community one that I drove by and seen a printer and stopped, and this was not any ordinary printer, we are talking a label printer and it uses Primera labels. The first person to come to mind is my friend who makes bath and body products and thought wow that sure would save her a lot of time and hassle if she had this. The person who owned that was at an appointment and I could not find a price on it, so I hope to go back later and see how much it is and the condition of it and maybe grab it!
