You just have to love front page headlines, or I am just too demented in the head! My dad and hubby read the Plain Dealer Newspaper. This is a scan of their Monday, April 28th Headlines! I mean I just started cracking up as did hubby! I mean I was laughing so hard that I had tears running down my face. I mean seriously who came up with that one! I wonder what they meant by that? Did the Yankee’s really stick it to the Indians? Perhaps that would of been a better headline? No? Any takers or views? Come on lets have fun with it!!!

Well in all my focusing on scraps yesterday, listening and being there for a friend or two to lean on, I plum forgot to blog about yes my phone was full of static yet again. Funny since last summer every time it rains, our phone turns to static and my some miracle by the the time the AT&T repair tech shows up, can not find any trouble! They were suppose to come out tomorrow and showed up TODAY, a day early shock..shock. He left me his pager number because its suppose to rain and lets see what happens tomorrow. He thinks the problem could be squirrels chewing on the wires at the poles then it rains, then trouble a few days dries up and no problems. Well all I know is it will be a year in JUNE we have had issues with the phone! Its separate from our U-Verse service!
My order came yesterday and I am in soap heaven! Yes I am! I had to go out today and get a plastic container so I could wrap the soaps up in plastic by scent and store them so they are save and stay dry! I even got one to throw all my tarts and melts in that I have left and there is ROOM for more! But I love the soaps so much and so does my skin, no breakouts, no severe dry again anymore and that is such a plus with hypothyroidism. So thank you Ms. Lara, I love em and the Lily of the Valley is so dainty and lovely and big thanks for my lil bonus it smells delish!!

OH MY GOSH NOT how I wanted to start my day today. I was always upset and annoyed that my dad is turning the heat on and roasting us to death, I mean come on it was 71 in here already!! PUT some DAMN clothes on! He sits in a thin u can see thru old T-shirt, and YES he has thicker newer ones but wheres that same flipping shirt all the time, next time I get the chance I am snatching it away! So I came out before six this morning that sucker was still running at 6:30, so I turned it way down so it would kick off on its own! So since I was “up” I decided to hook up my laptop and catch up on an episode of Desperate Housewives, which I see I am two behind, well one now, and I look over and there is like 25+ little “p” ants crawling on my wall. OH NO NO NO!! NOT having it, so I found a hole under the window sill and well needless to say that will be fixed today!! Those thing drive me nuts and they crawl on my sweet Twinkle and it just drives literally NUTS! She had an episode just the other day!
We did treat outside already and I am nervous leaving traps out because Raskal tends to want to play with them, but gotta do something, those dirty little things are not coming into my clean house!!

Today was a non productive day at home, but not on the computer as I catch up on my layouts!! Since getting my new external hard drive and have all my kits unzipped, organized and ready to go, I am actually getting more done!! Today I did nine layouts. I have four of them posted at my scrap blog and will post some tomorrow. I had to do the embarrassing photos to throw into the mix of all the sweet and cute stuff!! Since I was ditched today by my daughter to go shopping with her friend instead of me, I just scrapped. I am not ready for this phase yet, but knew it was going to happen sooner or later. She even went to have coffee with her friend, which was always our thing, every time we went out shopping was stopped at Starbucks on the way home, so I am really taking it bad! Prom is in two weeks, graduation in 5 weeks so I feel my timing is seriously dwindling down…..

I just do not get why the need for drama online? I tell you what, why do folks get in such a fluff over sales? I purchase scrap kits, and if its something I really want I buy it at full price. If there is something that I like but can wait I add to my wish list and wait for a sale to purchase. So say I purchase this kit and two days later a sale occurs? Do you seriously think I am going to head over to some damn group or come here and complain about the site owner because I paid full price for something and now its on sale and make accusations of being ripped off? I mean unbelievable!! This is going on right now in the so called pixel community and I never seen such a bunch of immature people in all my life. So you go and rant to others, talk a bunch of crap then expect the person your slamming to be all nice and generous and either give extra goodies or a partial refund? Are you for real? I have to tell you, the girls I watch act more grown up than some folks online. They use their manners and are respectful. What happens when you turn into an adult?
If you have been ripped off oh I dunno by say those who come collect your money for a membership site then close and disappear (that’s has happened so many times I lost count of money I lost), or those so called great website hosting companies that rip you off when you paid upfront for a year of service and cancel early because your sites are flipping down all the time and they are blowing smoke up your butt, don’t give you a partial refund for time remaining like they said they would, then you have just reason to complain.
Give it up folks! Let me tell you what this is doing? New gals come along and see this kind of behavior then they say forget it, I am not joining sites anymore, this is too much drama. You are literally SUCKING the fun out of it. YOU are the ones pushing those folks away! YOU did to me! You have done it to others. Sadly enough you will continue to do so as long as others give you that attention. It really is a shame who you all DON’T care to hurt online. But a day will come you will be accountable for your actions!! Not to me, not to the person your trashing, to a higher authority!

You know I am really annoyed right now. My son goes to school via online. Since he has a short memory, to help him remember to turn his work in we have it set up that he has to send me a BCC so I save to a folder and if it ever arises that an assignment got lost in cyberspace I had and could send to his teacher. Well that has happened with two assignments, literature and science. I forward them to the teachers, I got a response from the literature teacher but NOTHING from the science teacher!
First it bounced, so I sent from the school site email I have that I get all school info too, and he still has not responded that whether or not he got it. Its been well over a week and I think its very rude to not at least reply to let me know he received it. I left a voice mail so I hope I get a yes or a no either way so we can try and send again!!
So I am just grouchy right now! That just erks me to no end

I sit here teary eyed as I type this. My sweet friend Amy emailed me this evening to tell me that her husband, who is in the reserves, has to go train and head back to Iraq. He was there 2003-2004. The family, including her hubby is really taking this news bad. Please say a prayer for them!!
