A new day and so far so quiet!

So far since I woke up this morning its been shhh very quiet in my email box!! I sure hope this is how it will be from this point forward, why you ask? Guess how many more emails I got since before I finally shut off my pc at 10:00 last night?? Come on now guess. Mind you last night’s post was at 8:37 p.m. and I told ya I had FOUR more… well I ended up getting not one, not two, not three, YEP FOUR flipping more!!! Eight total folks! Eight total!!
What a totally wasted day yesterday!! All I know is I sure am glad I have my blog to come and vent, but have to say this kept my mind off being upset with hubba bubba……
I just got the kiddies down for naps. Poor baby Landen is teething and having such a miserable time. Very fussy yesterday and today. But he is asleep and should be good for a few hours. Baby Orajel and Tylenol to the rescue for his pain. I took a clean wash cloth, rinsed it several times then put in freezer for a few and boy did he love it earlier, kept him from crying while I prepared his lunchie and brothers lunch. Gotta work in that magic every chance ya get!!!

Did you all hear that?? The screams I said you would hear if the emails continued??? Since posting this morning I have received not one, not two, not three but FOUR more emails regarding this situation. I am fed up. I ended up calling PayPal on the phone this afternoon and they did a courtsey reinbursement for the full amount I paid. They were totally shocked at the emails I was receiving and the accusations that were being said. So now they said I have the option to just block the incoming emails. Courtsey copies were sent to PayPal!
I guess because I stood up at the forum and said what I said, this person was getting a lot of emails, so what did that have to do with me? Perhaps I was the one to step up to the plate and said obviously what needed to be said so this could be laid to rest. No matter who is right, or who is wrong, that wasn’t the place for it. Simple as that. I didn’t pay to join to have to deal with bullshit like this!
To be accused of backstabbing because I did go to PayPal for resolution to bring this to a close, nip in the bud, did you honestly think I was just gonna email personally and say I want this or that after what was already said and done??? Was I born yesterday? Errr last time I checked my birth certificate I wasn’t!!
I will say this it’s about who you know and who’s ass you kiss, its very clickish, sort of like Junior High, you remember Junior High don’t you? If you didn’t wear the Chic jeans you were trash! Your part of the In Crowd as long as you have NO opinion!
Will this close this edition of the pixel soap drama? I sure has hell hope so cause this was the series finally as far as I am concerned, I am not renewing my contract as I do not want to be part of As the Pixels Turn, or One Pixel to Live, Guiding Pixel or All my Pixels! I honestly see why sooo many who use to pixel are fed up, their muse’s fed up and said time to move on!!! If I knew THEN what I know NOW, I have a lil more money in my pocket and maybe could of gotten that Nintendo WII I wanted!!! I know I know there are a few who tried to warn me I know I know. Live and learn. Screw me once, shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me! I’m done!
Now what good has come out of pixels for me? Easiliy answered, a small handful of friends, a good collection of cute tags!

Boy oh boy oh boy!! I swear to heaven, now this has gone from the private messaging in a forum that I am no longer at to my flipping email. Hello is this thing on?? First off, who the hell needs to watch soap opera’s on T.V. if you have a computer and internet access?? Truly I am very serious here. Now I am all fired up again! This constant drama over things is just unbelievable. This is why I don’t watch soap’s during the day, if I wanted the drama I would, desperate housewives is as close as it gets for soaps for me.
If pushes comes to shove, I will fight back, back me into a corner and well then its time to re-evaluate the situation and go about it a different way. But the new accusation of the day?? Back stabbing! Ain’t that a hoot! Why because I stood up and said enough? Because I said to remove me from your club forum because I was being dragged into something that was no business of mine and I wasn’t skimish or afraid to say how I felt? Because I disagreed with voting whether or not this person copied or altered her work from someone else’s work? This is why I didn’t vote and the only other choice is can’t decide and you had to state why, but yet voting was private?? I think not! How about the fact I paid for something I wasn’t getting? Perhaps its time for a resolution with paypal and push for a partial refund for items not received! I was just gonna cut my losses (do I need to even go there with sites that opened, took the money and ran) and move on quietly but forget that shit, don’t drag me into the middle of crap and expect me to sit there like a test tube dummy letting you brawl beat me, trash me, or make me feel guilty because I said this isn’t for me to decide!!
I was warned once a long long time ago to stay away from PIXELS, I shit you not I was, back in the day, but at the time as I said I liked to shade them, I love doing poster art and to me this was a mini version and no marker residue on sides of my hands!! But at least that washes off, but this never seems to go away does it?
Secret Yahoo and Google groups that trash and bash you, Secret forums that do the same, NEWS FLASH, you all are not that secret, others know but they just sit back and are watching you dig yourself further and further into a law suit.
Just one more flipping email like this and you will hear the screams from all over the world!!!!!

I am very pissed off this morning. I have just a few, ok a handful of pixel type memberships left to include two pixel forums. I received an email asking me to come and vote on whether or not someone’s work resembles or is something elses work and should it be removed. I don’t see no good coming from a poll asking me to choose who is right and who is wrong? I feel something like that should NOT of been brought into the forum for only members of that fan club forum to chose? Honestly how fair would that be to all parties involved?? People are going to feel they can’t vote or say what they truly feel for fear of being tagged, like the parties involved.
This was not a mutal agreement of both parties involved to have this placed at the forum and was quite a shock to the other party involved. This is just sooooo wrong!! It should not of been brought public for others to sit back and decide. The only thing that is sad is the outcome isn’t going to resolve the issue at hand, and thats a friendship!!
I don’t understand this at all. This is why I went from 39 memberships to just a handful because I am literally SICK of this crap. I walked away from it and don’t appreciate being pulled in the middle.
Therefore I am down ONE more membership this morning. This is why I NO longer desire to work with pixels!! I use to sit for hours just to shade color, animate and create! It was relaxing and fun. NOT anymore. Now I collect a few sig tags here and there, and thats pretty much it. I didn’t even put the outlines and pixel tubes that I paid for on my new tower. Only my tags purchased and some that were made for me that I use here at my blog and thats pretty much it!
At the end of the day, you have to ask youself, is it really worth it????

OMG ITS BEEN WHAT JUST A FEW MINUTES SINCE I POSTED THIS THAT I GOT A PRIVATE MESSAGE:
I am sorry but I disagree with what is taking place and therefore will not place a vote. I don’t feel this is for me to decide whether or not it is, this should of been resolved personally between the two parties involved. I don’t honestly see this being resolved in this fashion and a friendship between the two parties will be lost. That is what is most sad about this situation!!
This was not a “mutal” agreement of both parties involved to let others decide!!
It’s a shame it has been brought into the forum. Please remove my membership as I no longer desire to be a a member.

OMG!! I just knew those idiots didn’t install the right carpet period. OMG!!! The sales rep came out late this afternoon. Look at me just getting to blog it LOL Anyhow….. The carpet they installed wasn’t even CLOSE to the color we picked!!! I knew it the day they were here to install it that it wasn’t the right carpet. I tried to tell my husband we ordered a darker shade than what they brought. I kept starring at it and saying I am tell you this isn’t right!!!!!
When the sales rep brought in three different carpet styles, their samples, one was the majestic brand we had originally picked and when I flipped to the sample squares and said LOOK see not even the color we ordered in the first place!!!! They rep asked to see my original invoice, IF I had it. LOL IF I had it? Yeah your talking to the queen of paper trails babycakes LOL I whipped that lil sucker out and he said OMG I never seen this happen in all the years I worked with the company LOL…
We had a choice of the Majestic, another brand that started with S (can’t remember the name it wasn’t one I ever heard of), or MoHawk! OK STOP.. Mohawk?? That is an excellent brand of carpet, one that not one we could afford and its an option for replacement at NO additional costs to what we already paid for the shitty carpet?? HELLO!! Is this thing on???
Hubby kept leaning to the others and I was like NO I want the MoHawk brand, its nylon and not polyester and it will last longer…..I said this has a 10 year warranty… 10% each year for 10 years… no no no I want the MoHawk. So he agreed. We also decided to NOT go with the light brown/beige color. We actually talked about that last night. NO NO NO this shitty carpet did me in for color!!! We picked a green shade, its so pretty and called Meadowlands….will look so pretty and OMG the house will totally look soooo different!!
I am going to use my new camera and take pictures show ya a good spot of carpet that isn’t worn, then the area thats all matted (which is 95% of the carpet), then when the new carpet is in, the difference will me just amazing I think.
I am so excited that we are getting Mohawk, its a good quality carpet and suppose to last for years LOL I dunno sometimes I had my doubts LOL
But when that guy left I was dammit I knew it, I knew it, I knew it. I told hubby mark it down that day this wasn’t the carpet we ordered and here I was right…. you damn well know I am going I knew it I knew it I knew it LOL I will for weeks to come LOL I hate when you know something and others think your nuts… yeah yeah yeah eat my shorts LOL

After a weeks of being on the phone with Empire, the company we purchased carpet from, finally some good news. For saying this carpet is only 7 months old, its too worn and matty looking for what we paid for it and the wear guarentee. I told hubby from day one something wasn’t right with the carpet as I still say its not what we picked out! When I vaccumed it, it literally clogged my new vac at the time, I called they said that much fuzz collection was normal. At first the number they left for us to call was disconnected and I thought OMG don’t even tell me we are screwed here. I told my hubby I would call the local T.V. station if I had too, this was crap!
They sent out a carpet inspector, someone who doesn’t work for the manufacturer or for Empire who sold and installed it. The dude at first over the phone was already thinking because of the area where we live, there are lots of people who are not very clean or take care of their property here and there, and when I said he had to come a certain day because the day he wanted to come was hubby’s birthday he said your not gonna have a hang over are you! I shit you not he did! So he was coming here assuming we lived one way and when he pulled in the driveway and walked into my house he was stunned! He was here a few hours doing his testing, we had a piece of carpet left he tested and then took several pictures, could not discuss with us his findings or report but said he email his report that night to Empire. I gave them until yesterday and I called and left a message its going on week, what is the deal???
They called back this evening. The report finds the carpet to be defective and was produced this way. She explains it happens but not often. Therefore the carpet will be replaced and at NO CHARGE, (damn right no charge). But we have an option to either get the same style or pick a new style, I said no no I am not paying anymore than what we have already paid and she said no additional fees so we agreed to meet with the sales rep tomorrow to see what our other options are. I mentioned how we are not happy we have to move all our furniture again and she said no they would do that, anything under twenty pounds and valuable we move, but the bigger stuff they will move. They can even install the new carpet next week if that meets our schedule.
The week of June 11th-15th would be better for us as the boys I watch will not be here. This way no kiddies would make it a lot easier to manage since my living room and computer area will be in the kitchen and bedrooms and maybe our sun room!!!
So let’s see how tomorrow goes!!!
