Hubby sick….dinner n guest post poned

UGH!! Hubby is sicky today. Came home from work with a tickle in his throat which developed worse as the night went. He got up for work this morning at 4:30 but his chest was hurting…already in his chest so he called in took a vac sick day! But of course never fear cause I am here to mend him and medicate him LOL
I ran to Walgreens this morning for meds even got him some of these hall’s max cough drops to try. Then since I had to cancel the dinner plans for tonight, my dad’s friend from the mall, he is an older gentleman with no wife, no family, not going to chance him coming here and getting sick, so I stock the roast in the freezer and had to pick up something to fix for dinner.  Grabbed some orange juice and some grapefruit juice too.  Came home and dosed him and made him some scrambled eggs and wheat toast.Â
He is resting on the love seat now with kitties surrounding him LOLÂ They are just all babies today!!!
Good thing I don’t have to watch the girls anymore this week so he is able to rest!! So now its cleaning to disinfect things so we can keep it contained LOL I know sound like a clean freak lately!! But with my immune system weak and dads really shot due to the steriods and Humaria he takes, can’t take any chances.Â

Monday and no Sunshine!

Was a gloomy looking day out today!! *SIGH* I am so ready for spring I think!! I miss the sunshine. Sometimes I think my energy levels are only engerized by the sunshine!!  I finished up a custom order I started on Saturday afternoon today!! I sent the order off and again I managed to use my creative magic to surprise and leave one speechless!! I think I deserve a pat on the back. Boy I gotta tell ya I don’t know what I do if I worked really hard creating something for someone and they didn’t like it. I think I be like what? No way LOL I would so take it to heart too. I take great pride in my work and I do think it shows. But there is one final order, the Grand Finale thus to speak and until she get more kitties (LOL) I think I will not have anymore work for her to do!Â
Decided today to not offer word press themes for sale. I have to say the templates I use are the best of the best and she doesn’t allow providing the template so, I think it just best to not do them except for myself!!  Ya know its wonderful to want to try and do it all but honestly there just isn’t enough hours in a day to do it all!! I am finding now that my time has been more limited online that I like not sitting in front of my computer every free minute.
I have always maintained my house, cooking meals and baking and all that jazz, but any free moment I had I was on the computer working away. I wasn’t having any fun, but its nice not have to have psp open just to do work work work. I like opening psp and just having fun!! So I am growing use to my new schedule thus to speak.
I got my haircut on Saturday and wow what a world of difference. Think I may have to do something soon about them gray hairs coming in. NO plucking em out cause I rather they didn’t come back double or tripled LOL
So before I close I want to take a moment to wish my friend Bobbie a Happy Birthday!! I hope you had a special day!!!
Discover Card Sucks…Consumer Beware!

If you have a discover card I am sure you already know how they suck and how very sneaky they can be!! If you don’t have a discover card (credit card), I strongly recommend you NEVER get it!! What a big scam this company is.Â
They start you off with a low interest rate, even zero and slowly over time raise it and raise it and raise it and give some excuses. We have paid diligently and even extra on the payments for 5 years and funny the balance just grows on you and your like WHAT THE HELL!! Â
I sat down and figured out what we have paid over the period of time and have given them more money than we originally used. Nice huh!! The biggest scam I have ever seen!!
BUT NO MORE!! Yes within a month those assholes will be paid in full and will have the pleasure in calling them to say are you ready for this? CANCEL this account, and shove it where the sun does not shine!

Hey everyone!! I finally finished the new theme today. Two day job!! Might of finished it in one day but I had a killer migraine last night and just had to literally stop!! My head hurts again today just like yesterday afternoon. I love my new theme, I am a kitty person and I wanted a touch of country and soft colors!! I think I got it. If you were visiting at all last night you probably thought I was nuts because I kept changing the background tile. I just didn’t like it so kept playing until I found a look I liked LOL.
I am no longer redirecting straight to the blog as I finally decided to put up a portal page or index page LOL… I am very happy with my end results. Thank you Simone for your comments, hmm wonder why you love it too LOL
Well think I am going in for a hair cut this weekend. I was trying to grow it out and long so I could donate hair to the organization that makes wigs for others but I can’t do it. My hair is just way too thick and I have a very tender scalp always have. I always have to keep my hair on the shorter side cause I use to get headaches so much. Thick and curly hair, gotta love it. Then there are those with thinner hair wishing for thicker hair. There is the pro’s and cons. With my thryoid off, for a while my hair was literally falling out. So I did need to go in for hair cuts. But now that they got it balanced its growing like mad so time for a cut. I love to get a perm for lots of curls, then cut it, then all I have to do is wash it, mousse or gel it, and wala I am done!!Â
So now that I side tracked off the topic of this post, I hope you like my new theme and is appealing and easy on the eyes!!

Snoring….Snoring…Snoring…..

This may be a busy day at my blog today look at me ranting ranting LOL. OK Snoring…and husband…OMG!!
Hubby is one to go to bed, hit the pillow and he is out within a matter of minutes, I kid you not!! Me? Thats another story!!! I lay there, I toss I turn, I lay there….finally after an hour or so, I fall asleep……..oh the bladder is waking me but say it isn’t so!!! I go potty, back to bed and FORGET it baby. AAAAazhhhhhhhhh AAAAAAzhhhhhh hubby is flipping snoring!!! OMG…… I toss and turn a little, jump up and down on the bed……..nothing… Wake him up say your snoring and I get no I am not!! How in the hell would you know your asleep just roll over.  Few minutes pass…..aaahhhh its quiet……few more minutes pass….. AAAAzhhhhhhhhh AAAAAAzhhhhhhh, so I grab my pillow a blanket and I am out on the couch till 4:40 when he woke me up to go to bed!!!
I hate it when he is over tired. He doesn’t snore this loud all the time just when he is over tired….but a girly girl can only take so much. I can’t wear ear plugs because I need to be able to hear in case something is wrong with my dad.
So today I am tired and a bit on cranky side and I hate to say my blog may be reflecting that today LOL
How can people do that!

Ya know, there are many of us, who choose to not use yahoo tube groups for their graphics to create with, since 90% of what is being passed is taking money away from the person who created them, but those of us who do pay to join sites. Some sites offering different types of tubes. There is Drawn and painted/shaded by hand and upload to online for use, Tole, Painted, Pixels in forms of linearts and shaded graphics, and poser graphics. Some sites offering other things such as signature tags, incredimail goodies, screensavers, wallpapers, and so forth. You can either purchase them outright or join a membership area. So forth and so on!
Sometimes things happen in real life, or to servers and the sites are down for issues and not accessible for months at a time. Now if your just visiting the site to just purchase items, well the owner is missing out on the ability to sell and your missing out on the ability to purchase. No hard feelings right its a 50/50! But what about if your in a membership portion of the site? They go down for three months, your told its a server issue and they are working on it. You paid not for lifetime of the site but for the access for 3, 6 or 12 months. So the site comes up online and everything runs smoothly, 99% of sites extend membership time to make up for the loss, I mean its the proper thing to do for all involved. Personally I would of moved my site after a week of being down, rather than wait 3 months, even if a temporary thing while the old server worked out kinks so that my members were not hanging out to dry thus to speak. I know of gals who had server issues and members were really pissy and rude about it. Even after that kind of behavior the site owner extended time for all involved, even for longer period of time than what the site was down.
So its comes to a shock to a site that I chose to not renew with? I was with this site for over three years, paid faithfully never moaned, bitched or complained, but when I was told well sorry thats how it goes?? Do you really think I am going to renew? AHHHHH NA!
I also do not understand, I realize real life happens, we get sick, family gets sick, maybe we lose a loved one. But your told I’m sorry I can not handle being online so your membership is on hold or others generously donated time and talent to help you out. Thats awesome to see such kindness, but yet they are online daily, chatting, having fun in forums, or at sites like pogo or whuddleworld, and happy. But when it comes to honoring memberships to a site they are too sad, upset and depressed? So hens start to cackle. They do not understand. How can people do that? Why can they just be up front and honest. Maybe its just something they need to put on a back burner for a while. That is totally understandable. At one point and time people do burn out, we are not machines. But don’t just keep making excuses and feed those cackling hens!! So many girls have had it with the hens, closing up shop and leaving the net. At the same time that is taking advantage of the ones who are donating their time and what not to help you…don’t let their candle burn at both ends and end up burnt out!
The internet is a huge huge place. It’s World Wide. I have friends in the UK, Germany, all over the U.S. and so forth. A select few I am closer too. This is my space, this is my time, just like yours and I want to enjoy it!!

Just once I wish things would be in the luck end of things rather the shit end of things!! I woke up this morning and everyone assumed because dads computer could not access the internet, that the internet was down. But the router showed other wise as all the lights are going and active. So I sit down as my coffee gets cold to fuss with dads computer and it won’t access the internet. But other programs will not run either and I am unable to do a reformat. Hmmm next thing is a funny smell. Ding Dong his computer is gone! You have no idea how much the computer is a big part of my dads everyday life and routine! Every morning he gets up at 5ish, his hair a mess, hasn’t even cleand up yet, first thing he does is turn on his computer. Next he is out in the kitchen flipping the coffee pot on, goes in to take his pills, turns up the heat, sits down and plays at POGO!! Its just like the other day his car would not start. Two days he was stuck in the house and that was NOT fun at all. He is like an animal trapped in a cage after being open to the wild. NOT fun!! I can’t fix this computer, its the oldest computer in the house and the most used believe it or not. Just its met its time.  He has NO money to buy a new computer, he needs a new car still!! So what to do??? The kids are down to one computer and aruge over it alot as it is so I can’t take that one away! We dont’ exactly have it to buy another one!! So I will sacrafice as well thats what we do right! WE sacrafice for our loved ones. I am going to give up my laptop that I just got for Christmas, that was my present this year from hubby. Since my dad tend to eat at his desk well he can’t use the laptop. Don’t want to chance spilled coffee or food in the keyboard area. I would of had to hook up his mouse to it cause he would be unable to do the all inclusive built in mouse. So I will bring out hubbys computer and give him my laptop! Hubby is on the computer alot too on weekends and in the evenings. He is arguing with me about it as it was my Christmas present. Well thats just how it goes right! You have to make sacrafices and I am doing that! I always do, its what I do best! Sacrafice to make others happy!!  But hubby insisting I am not giving up my laptop.  If that doesn’t work then I will give my computer to my dad and only do work related things when he is not home and that will be that. If it means closing my shoppe then I close my shoppe. We have to make sacrafices in life and my family is first. The rest well will deal with it right?
Freezer quit…rotted meat in garbage

You know you think with as flipping cold as it is outside, the mounds of snow all over, the flipping -7 wind chill, that the meat in the freezer of our only TWO year old refrigerator would be fine. BUT NOOOO!! $150.00 worth of meat GONE!!!Â
Hubby thought he smelled something funny when getting his Water out for work yesterday and the freezer was just stock two weeks ago!! I checked the refrigerator it was fine, works fine found some old tomato’s of my dads out there ASSUMED that was it and done deal. Decided today I make some pork chops with baked potatos for dinner. Went out and OMG I about hurled from the smell…and ALL the meat is spoiled/rotted!! Chicken, roasts, steaks, stew beef, hamburger (smelled the worst), burgers, pork chops…..allllll gone!!! IN garbage and now have to scrub the freezer and its too flipping cold out. How long its been off good question. The frigerated part is FINE. Nothing spoiled I keep extra gallons of milk, water, juice, the bacon for Sundays, some sausage in there, cheese, pop stuff I stock up on for the month bring in as needed!! I am soooo upset I have cried so much today, the timing sucks, its a little tight right now and we can’t afford to restock. I do have a chest freezer out there but its full of other stuff. I keep the meat seperate cause you know how kids are when they get waffles or pizza rolls, ice cream or other boxed pointed end stuff throw on meat puncture hole in meat….. so I had a system and it was working. What happen??? I dunno.Â
So now I will move the opened ice cream and stuff like the margarine and rolls and stuff, ice packs, etc out into the chest freezer and use the side by side freezer end for just meat and hopefully restock it next month. WE will have to just buy what we need for now. I hate that because I can’t hit sales and stock up!!!!
So whats for dinner? Well I have a 1/2 baked ham, some sausage patties, and a roll of sausage I use for sausage gravy so I dunno, I wasn’t up for those today!!! UGH.Â
